“Bug’s life” creative education in primary school
I lead devised and led this project for Creative partnerships Manchester Salford at Moston Lane Primary School, with artist Anthony Hall.
Children made films, animations, articulated models, model sets and claymation creatures.
We recorded sound effects and explored the movement possibilities of insects both real and imagined.

Lightweight in Cambridge
A recent outing for Lightweight – a 3 meter spherical light show using video, animation, and sound projections. (Lovely music by Daniel Weaver)
Popular new feature is the audience face capture camera which makes and uploads peoples faces into the animations.

Valley of Lights youtube clip
Spannerman performed on all three nights of the Valley of Lights festival. An enchanting evening of music from an illuminated canal boat. With the wonderful Spacecadets inflatables completing the otherworldly atmosphere. This might in Todmorden was blessed with copious rainfall and good cheer.
